Navigate to CRM > Marketing > Create Campaign
Select the Blank email template
The Message table allows you to add a personal message
To insert a link, click on the icon as indicated below:
1. Enter the 'Link Title' of your choice
2. Enter the 'Link Target' which is the website URL
3. Select the checkbox for the link to open in a new window
Once all the relevant fields have been completed, your 'Link Title' would be highlighted and underlined as indicated below:
