- Click on the ‘CRM > Marketing > Create Campaign’
- Type in the subject (e.g., Congratulations, New Listing, Virtual Tour, etc.). This subject appears in the subject line of the email you send
- The Signature always defaults to your Primary signature
- Select your preferred template depending on what the message is. When you select a template with links e.g. Just Listed’ (with links), you are able to select a Listing link i.e. the link to the RE/MAX website or your office website
- Note: Selecting a template with links to www.remax.co.za inserts the Fusion reference No. to the email you send
- If applicable, schedule the date and time you want the email to be sent
- Click ‘Next’
- On the ‘Contact’ screen, select the contact/s or group/s.
- Click the ‘Next’ button
Note: Highlighted email addresses need to be checked for authenticity or whether they have been blocked. You will not be able to send out any emails to the contact while the email address is marked in red.
- On the Message page, the [Name,fallback=] field will pull the contact's name into the email from the contact list. Note: Do not manually edit this field
- Enter your personal message.
- Click ‘Next’
The Content page allows you to filter and select the listing.
1. Filter your listings by:
- Listings Group: own, office & office group
- Listing type – For Sale or To Rent
- Property type - house, apartment/flat, townhouse, vacant land/plot, farm, commercial/industrial property.
- Min Price
- Max Price
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
2. After making your selections from the various dropdowns, click ‘Filter.’
3. Select the relevant property.
4. Click ‘Next’
- Check the information on the ‘Preview’ page - go back by clicking the ‘Back’ button to make any changes.
- Once you are happy with the email content, click the ‘Send’ button.
- A message displays confirming that your campaign has been sent.
