Property24: Relisting of properties

Consumers value seeing new properties rather than the same property repeatedly, so once a property has been listed on the Portal, it may not be re-listed. Property24 provides ample tools to edit or modify the content of your listing as the need arises.

However, if a property has been removed from the Portal for an uninterrupted period of 6 months, it may be re-listed as a new mandate. For rentals the same rules apply, but the duration is reduced to 3 months.

First Offence

PENALTY LEVEL 2: Block listing with email notification (agency is required to re-activate the original instance of the listing)

Repeat Offence

PENALTY LEVEL 3: Quality Score penalty applied across all of the Agency’s properties

To have your listing unblocked, kindly contact the team at ListingModeration@property24.com once you have rectified the listing.
