Navigate to CRM > Contacts > Import Contacts
Click on the Download Template button to download the CSV template.
Import sheets need to be in CSV format for the import to be successful.
For the Import to be successful you require the following:
- First and last name
- Valid email address
- Mobile number
- Role needs to be set to either buyer/seller
- Contact grade
Below is an example of an import sheet (more information can also be added)
- Download the Template, populate with Contact information as shown above and Save.
- If you want to assign these Contacts to a specific group, click on ‘Assign Import of Contacts’ to a group and select the group. If not, you can skip this step.
- Either drag and drop the CSV document you save or select from your local computer. Document icon will appear once the document is ready to be imported.
- Click ‘Submit’
- ‘Contacts imported successfully’ notification appears.
Once imported, all contacts will be available under ‘Manage contacts’ in your RE/MAX CRM.
