All website enquiries (Private Property, Property 24, remax.co.za and microsites) are available in the RE/MAX CRM. 

 

 

Enquiries are sent as follows:

Remax.co.za - email only

Microsites - email only

PP - sms or email 

P24 - sms and email

 


Shared listing

Sites - only the primary agent receives the enquiry

P24 and PP - all agents associated with the listing will receive enquiries

 

 

 

Navigate to CRM > Website Enquiries

 

 

 

Any new website enquiry can be directly converted to contacts in your RE/MAX CRM by clicking on the ‘Convert to Contact’ button.

 

Once the contact has been converted you can access the contact from the ‘Manage Contacts’ page to edit or add any additional information.
