  1. Click on the ‘CRM > Transactions’
  2. Click on the + button 

 

 

  1. Enter the relevant Transaction information and click ‘Save’

 

 

 

Take note of the following dropdowns:

 

Contact dropdown

  • Names

 

Transaction Type options

  • Buyer
  • Seller
  • Buyer & Seller

 

Deal Status options

  • Pending
  • Conclusive
  • Collapsed
  • Registered

 

Deal status key

  • Pending = Deals awaiting bond approval, deposit to be paid, etc.
  • Conclusive = Deals that have bond approval, deposit has been paid, etc.
  • Collapsed = Deals where the buyers ITC is bad, no bond approval was obtained, deposit wasn’t paid on time, etc.
  • Registered = Deals that have been registered in the deeds office and have been finalized in full.

 

 

  1. This Transaction is displayed under the Pending tab
  2. Click through the different tabs to view Transaction by type
  3. Click on the pencil to update and/or make changes 

 

 

Below is an example of an updated transaction where the ‘Deal Status’ has been updated to ‘Registered’

 

 

Note: all Property Purchase Anniversary dates are based on recorded Transactions. The registration date is the Property Anniversary date


 

 

 

  1. To View your Property Purchase Anniversary reminders, navigate to ‘CRM > Reminders > Property Anniversaries’
  2. Send your client a ‘Happy Property Purchase Anniversary’ email by clicking onto the envelop icon
