- Search for the listing in the Manage Listings tab
- Select Email Listing from the Select dropdown
- Follow instructions in 9.1 Create a Campaign
- Type in the subject. This subject appears in the subject line of the email you send.
- Select your preferred template depending on what the message is. When you select a template with links e.g. Just Listed’ (with links), you are able to select a Listing link i.e. the link to the RE/MAX website or your office website.
Note: Selecting a template with links to www.remax.co.za inserts the Fusion reference No. to the email you send.
- Click ‘Next’
- On the ‘Contact’ screen, select the contact/s or group/s.
- Click the ‘Next’ button
Note: Highlighted email addresses need to be checked for authenticity or whether they have been blocked. You will not be able to send out any emails to the contact while the email address is marked in red.
- On the Message page, the [Name,fallback=] field will pull the contact's name into the email from the contact list. Note: Do not manually edit this field
- Enter your personal message.
- Click ‘Next’
- Check the information on the ‘Preview’ page - go back by clicking the ‘Back’ button to make any changes.
- Once you are happy with the email content, click the ‘Send’ button.
