How to send RE/MAX marketing material - IOV

  1. Click on the ‘CRM > Marketing’ tab
  2. Click on ‘Create Campaign’ 
  3. Type in the subject (e.g. Congratulations, New Listing, Virtual Tour, etc.). This subject appears in the subject line of the email you send
  4. The Signature always defaults to your Primary signature
  5. Select IOV Template 
  6. If applicable, schedule the date and time you want the email to be sent
  7. Click ‘Next’

 

Note: IOV stands for Items of Value and are designed by RE/MAX SA for use by you. You can also find the IOV’s in the Resource Centre > Marketing > Items of Value.

 

 

 

  1. On the ‘Contact’ screen, select the contact/s or group/s
  2. Click the ‘Next’ button

 

Note: Highlighted email addresses need to be checked for authenticity or whether they have been blocked. You will not be able to send out any emails to the contact while the email address is marked in red.

 

 

 

  1. On the Message page, the [Name,fallback=] field will pull the contact name into the email from the contact list. Note: Do not manually edit this field
  2. Enter your personal message 
  3. Click ‘Next’

 

 

  1. Click on the ‘IOV Categories’ dropdown
  2. Select the relevant IOV category

 

 

 

  1. Select the Item of value you want to send to 
  2. Click ‘Next’

 

 

 

The Preview page allows you to check the info and if necessary, go back by clicking on the ‘Back’ button to make changes

 

  1. Once you’re happy with the email content click on the ‘Schedule’ button.
