The listing Ranking of a property is determined by its Property24 Quality Score The aim of our Property24 Quality Score is to make Property24 a neutral and fair online marketing platform while maintaining the highest standard of property listings. The more complete and comprehensive the information you provide on a listing, the better its Property24 Quality Score will be. The Property24 Quality Score determines the ranking of a listing. The Property24 Quality Score criteria* includes:
- 12 or more high-quality, unique photographs
- A descriptive title
- A complete property description
- Erf size
- Floor size
- Applicable rates and taxes
- Applicable levies
- Address details
- Show on map
- Video or 3D Tour
- the age of a property listing
