By Clicking on your photo in the menu, you can manage and edit your profile details in the RE/MAX Hub. 

 

  1. Click on your photo on the top right-hand side to open the selection dropdown. 

 

 

  1. Having clicked on the photo, you will get a drop-down selection, now click on the “My Profile” tab. 

 

 

 

By selecting the “My Profile” tab, your “Profile” page appears, as shown below. 

 

 

 

Let's look at each section separately... 

 

  1. Personal Information: 
    All your personal details as captured into the system are reflected under the “Profile” page. You can edit the details as and when needed. In the event of changes being made, remember to click on the “Update” button. 

 

 

 

  1. Update your password: 

 
To update your password, type in a new password and remember to click the save button. 

 

 

 

  1. Set Automated Reminders: 

 
You can set the system to send you an email reminder about an event. 
How? 
Click on the “Birthday” or “Property Purchase Anniversary” panes and increase or decrease the number of “Days before event” to set the system to send you an email reminder of the event. Remember to click on the “Update” button to set these reminders. 

 

 

 

  1. Email Signatures:  
    The “Signatures” > “Agent” section enables you to create an email signature for when you send out emails via the RE/MAX CRM. 
    How? 
    Click on the “Agent” button  
    The Template will always be “Default Signature”. 
    Select the Office Name you work from in the “Office” dropdown.  
    Note: You must select an Office Name for the “Agent” pane to be Activated

  •  The “Template” will always be “Default Signature”. 

  • Select the Office Name you work from, in the “Office” Dropdown. 

 

 

 

Having selected the “Office” name. 

Select your name from the “Agent” dropdown. 

 

 

 

If you have Profiles for business / marketing on any of the shown Social media platforms, copy the profile link and insert it in its dedicated field. 

 

 

 

  • The “Signatures” - “Custom” Section enables you to create an email signature for members other than Agents, such as a Manager! 

  • Click on “Custom”. 

 

 

 

Having clicked on the “Custom” tab opens for you to edit the information captured into the system. 

Insert the relevant information and click on the “Create Button” 

 

 

 

Having click on the “Create” button this “Manager” tab opens for you to edit the information and set up your Profile Picture for the signature. 

On the “Signatures” section, click on the pencil to edit the signature. 

 

 

 

Having clicked on the pencil, this page appears, and now you can edit the signature as well as add a profile picture for your signature. 

  • To add a photo to your email signature, scroll down to the upload section as shown below. 

  • You can Drag and drop the image or click to upload. 

 

 

 

On the RE/MAX Hub you can add one additional user that will be able to log on to your RE/MAX Hub and receive the OTP (One Time Pin) email directly to their email when logging on to your RE/MAX Hub account. 

  • Follow the procedure below, enter the details of the User that needs to receive the OTP (One Time Pin) code to their email. 

The User will then use the Agent's login credentials as before but will receive the OTP as well directly to their email. 

Note: Only one User can be added to the RE/MAX Hub. 

 

 

 

Here you can set the system to send out an Automated Email for Birthdays & Property Anniversaries. 

  • Select the “Enable automated Birthday email” box. 

 

 

 

  •  Or select the “Enable automated Anniversary reminders” box. 

 

 

 

Having selected the “Enable automated Birthday email” box, the message & IOV (Items of Value) pane opens for you. 

 

 

 

  1. Insert your email “Subject line” message. 

  1. Select a Time for the email to be sent. 

  1. Type in your personal message into the message pane. 

Remember to drop your cursor into white space before selecting you “IOV” template. 

 

 

 

Having type in your personal message – scroll down to “IOV categories” and select a Template. 

 

 

 

In this case, we’re setting up and Automated email for Birthdays, select the “Birthday Flyers”. 

 

 

 

Having selected “Birthday Flyers” a selection of Templates opens for you to choose from. 

  • Select the one you like! 

NB: This template will go out to every contact having a birthday. 

 

 

Click on the Update button at the bottom of the page, to save your changes.
