What browsers are Design Hub compatible with?
Design hub is compatible with all versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. Please note: Design Hub and its brochures are not compatible with Internet Explorer V11 and under.
How do I access Design Hub?
Design Hub is located on the Dashboard in the RE/MAX Hub. Log onto the RE/MAX Hub and navigate to the Design Hub tile or dropdown menu item.
How long will my brochure be available?
Currently, all brochures created in the Design Hub will be available for a period of 90 days before they are removed.
Why do my photos not fit in certain templates?
Design hub currently requires a minimum of 1024x768 pixels for all photos. However, the higher the quality of the photo, the better result you will get on your brochure. Resizing and uploading on Fusion can remedy the problem of photos not fitting within certain templates.
How can I see if my contact received my emailed brochure?
To access the relevant information (for example, opens and clicks) on all email brochures sent from the Design Hub, navigate to the RE/MAX CRM and navigate to the Marketing Tab > Email Campaign History.
Why can’t I see my office listings in the Design Hub?
Currently, Design Hub will only show your own listings and not the listings of your office or office group. Office listings have been added for Broker Owners and enabled administration staff.
My contact cannot see my brochure in their inbox. How can I fix this?
Certain email settings do not allow for images to automatically download when receiving an email. Ask the contact to either select the setting to allow for the download of images or tell them to right-click on the x at the top of the brochure image and select download images.
The description of my brochure is incorrect
To change non-editable descriptions in Design Hub, you will have to go to the listing in the LMS and edit the description there. Once complete, make sure to republish the listing for the changes to take effect. Log back into the Design Hub, start a new project with the same listing, and the changes will appear.
