To Remove a listing from all portals, navigate to Manage Listings under the Listings tab
Having clicked on Manage Listings, click on the Pencil 
, next to the listing you want to make changes to.
Navigate to “Portals”
Once on the Portals section, click on “Unpublish from Website”, to unpublish your Listing for either all Portals or any Portal you do not want the Listing to show.
