The Reports section, allows you to Get Stock Reports and Stock Changes Reports.
Here you can use the filters (optional) to the type of Stock Report you wish to generate and click on “Get Report” to generate the report.
On Stock Changes Report, you can also use the Filters (optional) to Generate the stock changes report and click on “Get Report” to generate the report.
Having clicked on “Get Report” on Stock Report or Stock Changes Report, you will get the results depending on if you have filtered the report or not.
Now scroll to your right-hand side to Search for a listing, Download the Report as a CSV file, export to PDF or Filter the columns on the report generated.
Click on ‘View Columns’ to select the columns you wish to include on your stock report as indicated below.
Click on ‘Download CSV’ should you wish to download your stock report as a CSV file as indicated below.
Click on ‘Export PDF Options’ which will display the following PDF download options - One-line stock report, Stock list report and Thumbnail portrait stock report.
