1. Click on the ‘CRM > Marketing’ tab
2. Click on ‘Create Campaign’ 
3. Type in the subject (e.g. You can trust us!). This subject appears in the subject line of the email you send
4. The Signature always defaults to your Primary signature
5. Select the ‘Blank Template (Header and Footer Only’ template 
6. If applicable, schedule the date and time you want the email to be sent
7. Click ‘Next’

1. On the ‘Contact’ screen, select the contact/s or group/s 
2. Click the ‘Next’ button

Note: Highlighted email addresses need to be checked for authenticity or whether they have been blocked. You will not be able to send out any emails to the contact while the email address is marked in red.

1. Click on the Image icon that is indicated below to upload your personalized Item of Value
2. Click on ‘Drop the file or click to upload’ to select your IOV as saved on your computer (jpg files only)
3. Double click on the file or select the image and click ‘Open’ to add the image to your marketing campaign

Note: The name of the file should not include any special characters e.g. &*%$#
