Property Anniversaries

 

  1. To view navigate to ‘Reminders’.
  2. Select ‘Property Anniversaries’
  3. Registration Date is the Property Anniversary date

Birthdays

 

  1. To view navigate to ‘Reminders’.
  2. Select ‘Birthdays’.

ACTION CENTRE

 

The Action Center lists your relationships based on the priority you set for them and then by the date when you last contacted them. It is designed to present you with the 5 most important people to contact right now. As you complete activities, your list will be refreshed. 

 

When you complete an activity:  

 A+ - relationships reappear on your list in 30 days 

A - relationships reappear on your list in 60 days 

B - relationships reappear on your list in 90 days 

C - relationships reappear on your list in 120 days

 

The notification count next to the heading, indicates the number of contacts that need to be actioned/contacted.

 

  1. The Priority tab displays contacts that need to be contacted. Select the pencil to record a new activity or the envelope to email 
  2. The Contacts tab displays contacts’ details. Select the pencil to record a new activity or the envelope to email 
  3. The Log tab displays a record of all the activities

  1. Record new activity

 

  1. After clicking the pencil, select an ‘Activity type’ on the pop up
  2. Add ‘Note
  3. Click Save

SCHEDULING

 

To Do 

 

The To Do page, convenient with a fully customizable interface, is used to add and keep track of any important tasks 

To Do tasks use Containers to group all your tasks.

 

  1. To add a To Do task, navigate to the Scheduling.
  2. Select To Do
  3. To add a To Do task container click on the Blue plus sign in the right bottom corner.
  4. A Title is mandatory, a Label is optional. Labels are ways for you to group your tasks and to identify/describe the To Do task container.
  5. Click on Save.

Add Task is where you can describe the task that you have completed or need to do. You can add a contact to the task to know who you are dealing with, set a date to complete the task and reminders.

  • Add all information.
  • You can add Tags to your To Do tasks. Tags are a convenient way to group and describe your To Do tasks
  • Click Save

The To do Task will then show under the To Do container it was created in.

To Do tasks containers can also be moved around by dragging them to desired position.

To Do tasks containers can be edited or deleted by clicking the 3 dots top right of the To do Task container.

The color of the task container can be changed by clicking on the color circle on the editing board and selecting a different color.

Calendar & Appointments

 

  1. Click on CRM > Scheduling
  2. Select Calendar & Appointments
  3. Click on the plus button on the top right.
  4. Add the following information on the Add Appointment pop up:
  1. Subject
  2. Location
  3. Description
  4. Start Date and time, and End Date and time, or an All-Day Event.

  1. Email reminders are optional. These are sent to your contacts.
  2. Enter the reminder date.
  3. Click Save

Having clicked the save button, you will be redirected to a list of all your Appointments.

  1. To Edit or Delete the appointment, click on the check box to select the appointment.
