Can't find your listing?

If you can't find a listing on the Manage Active Listings page, it means that there is no agent associated with the listing.



Follow these steps:


Navigate to Listing Search:

  1. Listing group - select Office group

  2. Search field - select the relevant search field

  3. Search - enter the relevant reference number/ID or address

  4. Select the reference number/ID or address

  5. Click Search

  6. The page will populate with the listing detail - click on Add/Remove agent

  7. Click on Select agent

  8. Click on the agent name

  9. Click Save

  10. Select the Is primage agent checkbox

  11. Click Save


The listing will now display on the Manage Active Listings page.
