Manual opt in/opt out/unsubscribe on behalf of contacts

For consent received via WhatsApp, phone calls and other methods apart from email, we implemented a manual opt in/opt out for all contacts on the CRM. 

 

Note: We serve as an Operator and only process the data on behalf of the Responsible Party (i.e. yourself). It is your responsibility to gather the consent to market to your contacts and to keep a record of this by marking it accordingly on the RE/MAX Hub. 

 

You can do so as follows… 

 

Select the edit icon for the contact you would like to update and follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the consent type;
  2. Enter the source of the consent e.g. WhatsApp, Email, SMS etc.;
  3. Select the date the consent was received;
  4. Click Save.
